A month counts payments in batches processed that month. Revenue share appears once the month is over. Revenue is the paid massages only. For comped massages the casino owes back the guest price (2× the rent rate) less its share, which comes off the revenue share; the minimum applies to the amount after comps. Grey cells are before the location's revenue start month.
